Roger Jones Golf Design works in conjunction with its associate business GreenScape Consulting. GreenScape Consulting provides planning, development, marketing and management services that are essential to the commercial success of any golf development. Although the core business is golf and golf related developments, GreenScape Consulting has also carried out assignments for leisure centres, holiday villages and hotels, and provides marketing and public relations services for companies selling products and services within the golf and turfgrass industry.
GreenScape Consulting works with clients from the earliest business planning stages through to completion and sometimes beyond, or at various stages in the planning, development, pre-opening or operational phases. GreenScape Consulting can also be commissioned to undertake a single element of a project, such as marketing or other service, where highly specialised input is required.
GreenScape Consulting becomes part of the promoter's project team, bringing expertise and experience to assist the promoter to achieve the vision, aims and objectives of the project.
All too often project promoters have planned and built the core facilities and got them ready for use only to realise that the multiplicity of 'business' aspects to their development are not all in place to permit the business to operate fully from day one.
Regrettably, some golf, leisure and tourism business do get into commercial difficulty and in such circumstances GreenScape Consulting can be called on to formulate or assist in a recovery strategy for the business on behalf of an owner, investor or a financial institution.
