Roger Jones Golf Design, in conjunction with its associate GreenScape Consulting, will always consider participating in selected golf developments in Ireland, UK and around Europe or further afield, on a part fee part equity, or pure equity basis.
The businesses will invest their expertise, by providing the full range of services, in return for an agreed equity share in the development. Limited investment capital and/or assistance with fund sourcing can also be provided.
The businesses recognise that in different areas of the world there are many landowners, development companies, investors, hotel groups and others who prefer to enter joint ventures for projects, particularly where joint venture partners bring in expertise and experience. Since first promoting this innovative approach a number of proposal enquiries have been received. Roger Jones Golf Design will consider potential developments in existing markets and new ones on a worldwide basis.
Enquiries and development proposals are invited and all will be considered. Roger Jones Golf Design recognises the need for confidentiality in such dealings. This is assured but a formal confidentiality agreement will be provided upon request.

Golf Design Poland
Golf Design Poland is a joint venture partnership between Roger Jones Golf Design and Pawel Lewinski, an experienced golf course manager who comes from and lives in Poland.The new partnership is offering the full range of services to golf developers in Poland and other countries around Eastern Europe. In addition to the standard range of professional services, the partnership has innovatively devised a range of low cost 'start-up' service packages that can give developers the opportunity to undertake golf facility projects with the minimum of financial investment. Golf Design Poland is employing this strategy in recognition of the fact that the Polish and Eastern European market is still in its relative infancy, and without bringing more people into the game of golf at low cost facilities, the market will be unable to grow.
